Why did it have to end

My only problem with Madhur Jaffrey's Climbing the Mango Trees is that it ended. Renown cookbook author and actress Jaffrey recounts vinettes of her life growing up in a well connected Delhi family. Her family operated as a large extended family under the influence of her grandfather. Her parents escaped to live from under the shadow of her father's family, but the family is always there. And her extended family often brought her joy as a child. She talks of food, her differences or independent streak, her siblings and cousins, her controlling uncle, the joy of being a tomboy, the balancing act her family performed between the Hindu and Muslim worlds of pre-partition India.

All I want is volume 2.
